Sessions are 100% virtual at this time. If we both feel like we may be a good fit, we schedule a time to meet, and then a link is sent to you to for your scheduled time. Once you receive the link, you just click on the link and type in your name. Its super easy!!!!

The first counseling session is an opportunity to talk one-on-one in a confidential setting about all of your concerns or distressing issues. The counseling space allows you to share your worries respectfully in a judgment-free zone. Discussing topics of your personal and family history, medical and developmental history, supports, goals that you would like to achieve, and ways you have tried to cope with the problem in the past may be discussed.
